Andrew must have been fated to be in the spotlight. The 24-year-old aspiring opera singer started out as a math major in college, but switched disciplines after a chorus professor suggested auditioning to become a voice major. Ever since, Andrew has pursued a singing career while working as a health care consultant, contractor and booking agent to pay the rent. He has performed at local churches, sung with the University of Maryland orchestra, interned with the Central City Opera in Denver for the past three summers, and continued auditioning for that big break – a permanent position or coveted apprenticeship with a large opera company. Most of Andrew's nights and weekends are heavily booked, so you're more likely to see him onstage than out on the town. When he does have a free night, you might catch a fleeting glimpse of this Logan Circle resident at Number Nine, West End Bistro, Nellie's or Town.

Desperate Housewives, White Collar, RuPaul's Drag Race. Sometimes The Real Housewives. Nothing too intense.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Spiders. Specifically daddy-long-legs. I hate them so much.
