Michelle Merrill, who was not allowed to sing karaoke at the Skyline Restaurant in Windsor Locks, CT, because patrons complained that she used the women’s bathroom the week before. She was told that people like her were not wanted there and she left the bar in tears. A friend of hers was sworn at by the manager and asked to leave. The bar’s owner says she has no knowledge of the incident. (Journal Enquirer)
