Harry Boyd, the building manager of a Logan Circle condo where police shot a gay man, David Kerstetter, who was allegedly wielding a knife when they arrived because a report of his door being kicked in. Neighbors are quoted as saying Brazitis became severely depressed after his partner died last year and that he had some history of emotional issues including an earlier suicide attempt in the building’s garage.
