”Are you a [bleep]? You like to [bleep]? … Are you gonna grow up to be a terrorist. You gonna plant IEDs? Yeah, awesome.”
From a video posted on the Facebook page of Alaskan soldier, Robert Rodriguez, who writes ”i was bored in iraq… so i kept myself entertained!” In English, he taunts two very young Iraqi boys. The station says the bleeped out words refer to a gay taunt and certain sexual acts, and that they could not air the rest of the inappropriate material in the video. It was was posted under the title “Future Gay Terrorist.” AP reports that another soldier shared the video with others in North Carolina, and someone from that group exposed the offensive post to the news channel. An Army spokesperson, Major Bill Coppernoll, tells them the video’s content is ”disgraceful” and is ”under investigation.” (WRAL)
