Court grants change of gender for Chaz Bono

Kristina Wertz of the Transgender Law Center which represented LGBT activist Chaz Bono as he sought to legally change his name and gender from female to male. In June of 2009, news broke that (then) Chastity Bono, daughter of world-famous singer Cher, had decided to step into his ”true identity” as a male. (E! Online)
