On Friday, April 30, The Creative Coalition, “a nonprofit, nonpartisan social and political advocacy organization” comprised of members of the entertainment industry, came to Washington for a variety of functions, including a congressional luncheon. That evening, several of its members attended a private dinner held at Floriana Restaurant on 17th St. NW.
Attendees included Cheryl Hines, Adrian Grenier, Omar Epps, Gloria Rubens, Richard Schiff, Stephen Weber and co-presidents Dana Delany and Tim Daly.
Daly took a few minutes from his dinner to answer a few questions regarding the coalition’s mission and the need for strong arts programming in America.
