The Capitol Hill Community Foundation presents the Eastern Market Music Series, a month-long series of free Sunday concerts by local acts, beginning this weekend with brothers Drew and John Raitcliffe’s classic rock group Bad Hair Day and the four-piece contemporary Celtic band Finnegan’s Jig. Bands on tap for later weeks include Blue Rhythm Boys, Karen Collins & Backroads, Archie’s Barbershop Jambassadors, the Capitol Hillbillies and the Lovejoy Group.
