Kelly McGillis, 53, famed actress from 1980s films like ”Top Gun” and ”Witness” and stage appearances (like DC’s Shakespeare Theatre production of ”MacBeth”). Here she talks with The Daily Mail about her recent marriage to Melanie Leis, 42, a music company executive. McGillis came forward publicly as a lesbian in April of 2009 with a SheWired.com video interview. She followed that up with an interview with Access Hollywood. She now says that at the time of those interviews she and Leis were taking time off. She speaks freely about her her troubles, too, including a sexual assault, her marriages to men, and a belief that God was punishing her for lesbian feelings. (DailyMail.co.uk)
