In September, R. Clark Cooper, the Executive Director of Log Cabin, seemed to begin a public spat with the lesbian news commentator, by questioning why she wouldn’t invite him on her show. For her part, she has mentioned several times that LCR has pursued a legal case against the military’s discriminatory policy against gays, and been successful so far.
