The D.C. Arts Center presents its biennial fundraiser this Thursday, May 10, in which visionary and culinary artists are paired to concoct edible art, from appetizers to dessert. Among the tapas-style main course chef/artist pairs: Diana Davila-Boldin of Jackie’s Restaurant with artist Victoria Gaitan; Dean Gold of Dino with Megan Mueller; Carole Wagner Greenwood of Shelter with Jayme McLellan; Angel Gustavo Huapalla of Rumba Café with Bradley Chriss; and Scott Bennett of Amsterdam Falafelshop with G. Byron Peck. There’s also musical and performing art on tap, plus chef Bill Warrell will be honored with the Herb White Award. Thursday, May 10, at 6:30 p.m. Meridian House, 1630 Crescent Place NW.
