–An anonymous older man, who on Tuesday was forcibly removed from the Supreme Court for an anti-gay protest during the court’s hearing on same-sex marriage.

“The Bible teaches that if you support gay marriage you will burn in hell for eternity. It’sΒ an abomination!” he could be heard yelling, before court officers removed him from the room. During the silence that followed the man’s outburst, senior Associate Justice Antonin Scalia quipped that it “was rather refreshing, actually.”
