Fans are speculating that entertainer Kevin McHale may have come out on Instagram Monday.
The 29-year-old former Glee actor posted a black and white photo showing two what appears to be males holding hands.
The caption only had one emoji, which means “I love you” in American sign language.
This photo has led fans to speculate whether or not McHale has officially come out publicly, and to whom the other hand belongs.
Many are speculating that the other hand might belong to McHale’s When We Rise co-star Austin McKenzie, who has worked in Deaf stage productions and uses ASL extensively.
There has been no official response from either of the men since the first post, but McHale posted a cryptic picture of him shirtless in Barra Grande with a shirtless man in the background.
Regardless of whether McHale came out or not, social media has been abuzz for support for him and his partner.

Congratulations, Kevin. From what I can see, thats a male hand, and idk if you are gay or bi or whatever, but I’m so happy that you found someone. We all love you and support you no matter what! 🏳️🌈❤ @druidDUDE
