Kristine W is sunshine and light, radiating positive energy and perseverance. It’s an empowering attitude she’s had from the get-go, even before her successful bout with leukemia a few years ago. Kristine will spend an hour tomorrow, March 15 (the Ides of March!), at Universal Gear, 1529 14th Street NW, starting at 3 p.m., where she’ll be selling her CDs, signing autographs and hanging with her fans as they shop for new clothes for later that evening, when she’ll perform at Town….
