Karen Deamons, a pre-op M2F transgender who was required to use the men’s locker room at city-run Cudell Recreation Center in Cleveland, OH. After suffering three strokes, she has been prescribed water exercise for mobililty. Women complained after six months when she used the bathroom stalls to change; and after talking with city officials agreed to use the men’s room, but there are no stall doors in that bathroom.
