Vallejo, CA’s churchmongers evangelize against gay gentrification

Sarah Tolai, a resident of Vallejo, a northern city in Calfornia, where an increase of out gay residents is colliding with vocally anti-gay Evangelicals who are voting against people who they label as living in “sin.” The mayor, Osby Davis, who won his seat by just two votes against a gay candidate, has stirred up a pot full of controversy by espousing his view that the city’s gay residents will not be allowed into Heaven.
