Orlando, Florida Republican Stephen Precourt who reportedly has proposed a $75 million tax credit for film crews coming to that state, but also included a stipulation that prohibits the credit from applying to story lines that might contain an “exhibit or implied act” of “nontraditional family values.” AP notes that Precourt says he is not targeting gays, then contradicts himself by saying public dollars should not go to gay productions.
