Touted as the world’s largest Beatles-inspired music festival, Abbey Road on the River brings five days of rock revelry and reverie to the National Harbor over Labor Day weekend. The fab four’s original drummer Pete Best will chat about his time with the band before he was abruptly, unceremoniously dumped just before they reached fame. Other highlights: Illustrations from Beatles cartoon animator Ron Campbell, on-site podcasts of the popular Fab Fourum talk show, a selection of Beatles’ art and collectibles, performances by tribute bands from around the world — and Hal Bruce and his band the Hard Dazed Knights performing all 214 Beatles songs as one continuous medley with no breaks. Now through Monday, Sept. 6. Gaylord National Resort, 201 Waterfront St. National Harbor, Md. Various tickets and passes are available. Call 216-378-1980 or visit abbeyroadontheriver.com.
