Calling All Voters:

All good things must come to an end — even when ”good” is a somewhat relative term. So it is that on Tuesday, Nov. 7, a hotly contested and often bitterly fought election cycle comes to its own end.

Gays and lesbians have plenty of reasons to get out and vote, from ultra-local ANC races in D.C. to a Maryland gubernatorial race to Virginia’s attempt to ban equality for gay and lesbian couples. What follows are highlights of the elections in all three areas.
