Part of a statement signed by Kim B. Eskew, President and COO of Harps Food Stores, Inc, a supermarket chain with stores in Arkansas, Missouri and Oaklahoma. A photo circulated by a Twitter user, Jennifer Huddleston, helped to expose the silly signs which read: “Family shield. To protect young Harps shoppers.”
